It is not sufficient to be merely a moral person in an evil society. Throughout the ages, moral people have been murdered as evil gained more power, wealth, and control over the population of people. Therefore, one should be both a religious and moral person to remove evil doers from positions of authority and restore the society to good.
There are people who are more than capable of working and accomplishing much good at responsible authoritative jobs for considerable remuneration but refuse to do so because of immoral policies and practices which are the requirements of the job. Some people are never provided with the opportunity for a professional, well paid position regardless of credentials, because they refuse to agree with societal immoralities and their moral views can be verified through invasions of personal privacies.
One can almost predict the response of some people to a verifiable voting system (refer to the Electoral System commentary). They will object and complain that they do not want to be held responsible or accountable for how they vote. The reply to this objection should remain that voting is optional, not compulsory.
Certain kinds of leisure activities can contribute to a perpetuation of societal immoralities, especially Capital Sins. If this is a concern, during times of leisure activity be aware of ones surroundings and ask oneself the question: Is this atmosphere providing a natural, anxiety free, peace of mind? If it is not, then change the leisure activity.
For more than a century, most people have been under the impression or brainwashed into thinking that an engagement ring is always a diamond. A diamond is the birthstone of the month of April. Would it not be more sentimental and endearing to select or provide for an engagement ring representing the birthstone(s) of the couple betrothed? When most all of the problems are solved on the planet earth, then exploration of space could be warranted perhaps based on scientific curiosity. Currently, too much money is spent exploring space while many people on earth are suffering.
