A twenty five year old trend regarding school and property taxes is to seek a private attorney’s assistance to reduce a homeowner’s assessment and thereby reduce the taxes due. In the past, if a homeowner thought an unfair tax levy was placed on one’s home, the individual(s) would petition the public town assessment office directly. Sometimes the individual’s taxes were reduced, but usually reasons were given to the homeowner as to why the tax on one’s property would not be reduced. Some individuals then realized that petitioning the town through private attorneys resulted in, many times, a reduction of homeowner’s assessment. This practice is akin to corruption as the aftermath has resulted in all peoples taxes in a given area raised, to compensate for town shortfalls of funds. As one further examines this system, then logically retroactive payments based on the difference between the old and new assessment should also be paid to the homeowner. Perhaps then, all people in a town should petition through private attorneys to have their home assessment reduced and also litigate for retroactive payments because some people have taken advantage of this system for many years. Hence, one can surmise and predict that due to initial circumventions of law that were left unchecked and allowed in the past, now later, could likely result in rendering many towns bankrupt.
People who are not aware of the agendas of evil doers, may become unwitting accomplices to evil.
Many times family members to include infants and children become the victims of evil others when one individual within the family is the actual target. One should pray to God for the protection of family members in evil times such as these.
Good times with family offsets and balances the aggravation, bizzarities, and absurdities of individuals and systems within an immoral society which permits family members to maintain a competent level of sanity.
Occasionally or frequently, people are placed in a position to make an immediate decision. If one is unsure about something firmly state to the person requesting the decision that one needs time to think about the request and will decide at a specified later time.
Moderation of behavior is lost in an immoral society unless one has a strong religious and moral foundation and lives this foundation in one’s daily life.

In the State of Florida and during recent times, some people tell others that the Everglades is actually a slow moving river which many people believe. In the past it was taught that the Everglades is a marshland containing small estuaries, grasslands, and swamps which made sense based on personal observations. So, if it looks like a swamp, sounds like a swamp, and feels like a swamp (damp), then it is a swamp and not a slow moving river.
