Reminder
These Ten Laws of God are listed in The Bible, explained in the Quran, alluded to in The Books of Buddhism, and strongly suggested for a harmonious and peaceful life in The Hindu Books.
- I the Lord, am thy God…you shall not have other gods besides me.
- Thou shall not make unto thee any image of idolatry, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
- Thou shall not take the name of Lord your God in vain.
- Remember to keep Holy the Sabbath Day.
- Honor your father and mother.
- Thou shall not kill.
- Thou shall not commit adultery.
- Thou shall not steal.
- Thou shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
- Thou shall not covet your neighbor’s house.
Bearing false witness against your neighbor can be defined as concocting purposeful, malicious lies against others for destructive purposes.
